Order Processing
All WYUGEN products are made to order. Once an order is placed, production begins before shipment.
Please allow 2–7 business days for production and order processing. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- India: 3–10 business days after dispatch
- International Orders: 7–21 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, carrier performance, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Delays
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, WYUGEN cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs inspections or clearance
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@wyugen.in.
We will work with the shipping carrier and our production partners to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
