At Wyugen, every product is crafted specifically for each order. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders, or personal preference.
Returns & Replacements
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wyugen.in.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Made-to-order and print-on-demand products
- Products ordered in the wrong size, color, or variant
- Items damaged through misuse or normal wear
- Sale, promotional, or clearance items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
Because our products are produced on demand, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will arrange a replacement where applicable.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval, though your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
European Union Customers
For orders delivered within the European Union, consumer rights may provide additional cancellation or return rights as required by local law. Any applicable rights will be honored in accordance with the relevant regulations.
