Where is my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

How to Track Your Order

You can track your order in two ways:

  • Via email: Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Via courier website: Use the tracking number provided in your email and enter it directly on the courier's tracking page.

Haven't Received a Tracking Email?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, your order may still be in processing (1–2 business days). If it has been more than 3 business days since you placed your order, please contact us.
