What size desk mats do you offer?

We currently offer two sizes: 80×33 cm (large) and 60×30 cm (medium). Both sizes are available across most designs.

What material are WYUGEN desk mats made of?

Our desk mats feature a smooth micro-woven fabric surface for precise mouse tracking, paired with a non-slip rubber base that keeps the mat firmly in place.

Are the desk mats waterproof?

The surface is water-resistant and can handle minor spills. We recommend wiping immediately with a dry cloth. Do not submerge in water.

Will the print fade over time?

Our desk mats use high-quality dye-sublimation printing that is designed to resist fading with proper care. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and follow the care instructions.

Are WYUGEN desk mats suitable for all mouse types?

Yes. The micro-woven surface is compatible with both optical and laser mice, providing consistent tracking across all sensitivity settings.

Do you offer custom designs?

We currently do not offer custom designs for individual orders. However, for bulk or corporate orders, please reach out to us at support@wyugen.in.

What is the WYUGEN ORIGINALS collection?

WYUGEN ORIGINALS is our exclusive in-house design series featuring artwork created entirely by the WYUGEN team. These are limited designs that you won't find anywhere else.

Care Instructions

How do I clean my desk mat?

Hand wash gently with cold water and mild soap. Lay flat to dry — do not tumble dry, iron, or bleach. Avoid machine washing to preserve the print quality.

Can I roll or fold my desk mat for storage?

We recommend rolling your desk mat rather than folding it to avoid permanent crease marks on the surface.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in original packaging. Please contact us at support@wyugen.in to initiate a return.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please email us at support@wyugen.in with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Orders

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be in processing. Contact us immediately at support@wyugen.in.

I haven't received my order confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, contact us at support@wyugen.in with your name and order details.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible at support@wyugen.in if you need to update your address.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within India. COD availability is shown at checkout based on your pin code.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within India.

Is it safe to pay on WYUGEN?

Yes. All transactions on wyugen.in are secured with SSL encryption. We do not store your payment details.
